I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping families, couples, and individuals successfully reach their goals. Throughout each stage of my career, I have supported the specific needs of children, teens and adults whose lives are impacted by anxiety and depression, anger, a traumatic or stressful event, grief and loss, attention deficit/hyperactivity, and overwhelming stress. I believe each therapeutic relationship requires its own unique approach. No one person is like another! Therefore, I take a humanistic approach to empower my clients to identify and capitalize on their strengths so they can overcome challenges and reach their life’s goals. I am also experienced and passionate about coaching mental health skills and techniques for athletes as a Sports Psychology Consultant.

Individual Therapy: 


Individual therapy can assist with managing chronic mental health symptoms or coping with the challenges that arise from daily stressors or adjusting to major life events.

Couples face many challenges, not just infidelity or trouble with communication. Simple disconnect, emotional mistrust, struggles learning about each other that build over time. 

Family Therapy:

Family Therapy builds positive relationships among all family members. We work to identify problematic cycles and ways to intercept them to promote positive long lasting change.  

Mental Skills Training: 

Through this program, we will develop self awareness through imagery, positive self talk, structured planning, learn to self regulate emotions to promote a consistent tunnel vision mind set.
