JOE ALVAYERO
MA, LPC, NCC
Joe holds a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo with double majors in Psychology and Sociology. He offers counseling services and mental health support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, specializing in Sports Psychology and serving as a designated provider for the Philadelphia Eagles.
His clinical approach integrates the Eco-Systemic Family Therapy Model, an evidence-based treatment, to assist families, couples, and individuals in achieving their treatment objectives. With a focus on addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, grief, ADHD, and stress, Joe's humanistic approach empowers clients to leverage their strengths for personal growth and goal attainment.

KATIE ALVAYERO

Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, she is recognized for her work helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges related to ADHD.
Katie specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and OCD. Her approach is warm and collaborative, blending CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based, Person-Centered interventions to meet clients where they are.

She earned her master’s in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine, where she gained a holistic understanding of how biology, environment, and life experience shape mental health. Before transitioning to full-time private practice, Katie spent 14 years at Child Guidance Resource Centers, advancing to Senior Director of Community & Family Services, providing clinical supervision and supporting families across the neurodevelopmental spectrum.
In 2020, Katie co-founded Brave New Things, where she now focuses on providing personalized, evidence-based care. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel seen and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change — building a life that feels balanced and authentically their own.

Stacey Ollivier boasts extensive experience in mental and behavioral health, spanning over a decade. Her expertise covers diverse demographics, including children and adults with intellectual and developmental needs. Stacey's specialized areas include parent support, individualized behavioral modification therapy, and self-management skills. She excels in organizational behavior management, offering holistic solutions for workplace challenges like staff retention, productivity, recruitment, and leadership training.
As a dedicated board-certified behavior analyst, Stacey holds a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University. She is also certified to supervise BCBA fieldwork experience hours. Stacey prioritizes creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment for her clients and emphasizes collaboration to identify strengths and achieve lasting positive change.
